Return & Exchange Policy

Mann Ka Dhaga follows a no-return policy. We do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind, incorrect selection, colour preference, or other non-defect reasons.

Eligible products may be exchanged, subject to the conditions and process below.

The exchange window should be stated on the website at launch. Until a specific number of days is published, customers should contact Mann Ka Dhaga promptly after delivery regarding any eligible exchange.

An exchange may be considered where the product received is damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the product ordered, subject to verification.

For size, colour, design or other preference-based exchanges, availability and applicable exchange conditions may apply.

• The product must be unused and in its original condition.
• The product should be returned with original packaging, tags, labels and accessories, where applicable.
• The product must not be washed, altered, stained, damaged, perfumed or otherwise used.
• The customer may be asked to provide clear photographs or videos to help verify the issue before an exchange is approved.

Items marked as final sale, customised or made specifically to a customer's requirements may not be eligible for exchange unless the product is defective or otherwise covered by applicable law.

Products that show signs of use, washing, alteration or damage caused after delivery may be rejected for exchange.

Customers should contact Mann Ka Dhaga with their order details and the reason for the exchange.

After review, Mann Ka Dhaga will communicate whether the request is approved and provide the applicable return/exchange instructions. Exchange is subject to product availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, Mann Ka Dhaga may offer an alternative resolution where appropriate.

Where an exchange is approved because Mann Ka Dhaga sent an incorrect or defective product, the applicable shipping arrangement will be communicated to the customer.

For preference-based exchanges, any applicable shipping or handling requirements will be communicated before the exchange is processed.

Mann Ka Dhaga may inspect returned products before approving an exchange. Nothing in this policy is intended to remove rights available to customers under applicable consumer protection laws.
